The Ethics, Compliance and Sustainability Committee ( “ECS Committee”) formed on 28 September 2010 upon the decision of the Board of Directors is currently composed of three members and one member, Mr Pascal Colombani, is also member of the Audit Committee. All the members are independent Directors.
The Committee met three times during fiscal year 2012/13. All the members were in attendance.
