During its meeting held on 5 November 2008, the Board of Directors adhered to the AFEP - MEDEF the recommendations on compensation of executive directors of listed companies dated 6 October 2008. noted that almost all of them were already implemented, and decided that additional measures, considered necessary would be set at a later date, which was made in 2009 after the Board of Directors reviewed all the Company corporate governance practices. The additional provisions adopted are described in the Company's annual reports.
