We are also trying to make Alstom more sustainable in Australia. We are monitoring the amount of paper being printed in our office in North Ryde. Since the 24th September 2009 we have been monitoring the number of pages each employee prints, the amount of trees being consumed and the amount of CO2 emitted as a result of printing paper. We encourage each employee to reduce their consumption by double sided printing or by printing in black and white or by not printing at all if it is not necessary.
