The Role
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our friendly team based in Croydon as a Customer Support Officer.
Responsibilities include:
· Providing customer support for the array of condition monitoring products supplied by Alstom MSc
· Providing timely support to meet customer expectations
· Working with suppliers to achieve positive outcomes for our customers
· Ensuring that quality compliance requirements are met
Key Attributes
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
· Strong customer service focus
· Experience supporting Windows operating systems
· Competent using MS Office applications
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task
· Motivated team player
