Why did you decide to come to Alstom?
As an engineer I was very interested to work in the development of the Alstom's core products such as Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine.

Why do you like working at Alstom? The scale and complexity of the projects, the core technology (Gas Turbine), working with many different cultures and the opportunity to travel.

What exciting projects have you worked on at Alstom? I started with Alstom in Switzerland in GT development department where I worked on GT26 combustor development projects, testing and validating new GT concepts at the test facility in Birr, Switzerland. Additionally, during that time I had several assignments in the US on large power stations to reduce power plant emissions within strict Californian regulations. Recently, I have worked in project execution where I was responsible for the engineering and procurement for the Gas Turbine mechanical auxiliaries scope for large combined cycle power projects in Spain and Ireland.

What are your goals at Alstom – what are you working to achieve?
My goals are to further develop my project management skills and to one day manage the construction of a large scale power project.
