The Internship Program is the main entry point into the company for young professionals, and the foundation for the sustainability of our businesses. Through the Program, students have the opportunity to start their careers in a company that is concerned with developing and retaining talent.
Alstom’s Program lasts between 12 and 24 months and is aimed at forming professionals that may assume leadership positions in the future.
Who can apply?
Students attending a university or technical course, with conclusion expected in the next two years. Intermediate English level (for some positions) and excellent communication skills.
What university courses are we interested in?
Business, Accounting, Economics, Psychology and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Materials, Production, Environmental, Electro-technical, among others)
What about the technical courses?
Electrics, Electro-technical, Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics and Occupational Safety.
What does the Program offer?
Monthly meetings addressing important subjects for Alstom and for career start; bi-annual evaluations; development of an internship project through the year; training and e-learning; meetings with executives.
How is the selection made?
The process involves: screening of résumés, group dynamics, in-class tests and interviews with managers of the areas.
