Environmental Health and Safety

We consider the health, safety and well-being of our employees and other stakeholders, as well as care for the environment in which we operate, as central issues for the Group. It is the role of environmental, health and safety specialists to review and improve working conditions, develop and ensure compliance of safety guidelines and help minimise the environmental impacts of our products.

As an environmental health and safety specialist, your activities contribute to:

• ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people
• minimising impacts on environment and producing safe and environmentally-friendly products
• protecting Alstom assets and reducing business interruption
• the development of the Alstom EHS Network to share expertise and ensure consistency within the Group.
