Alstom’s legal department is responsible for all the Group’s legal affairs and protection of its interests worldwide. The Legal department seeks to deliver the highest quality and most effective legal services on a timely basis and in a proactive, protective and participatory manner.

The Legal department’s activities contribute to: 

  • ensuring the Group undertakes its business within commercial and legal terms and conditions which minimises risk to the business
  • assisting the Group to recover any payments to which it is entitled under its contracts with its customers and suppliers, and deal with any other disputes.
