The Alstom Integrity Programme Implementation refers to all the means put in place to diffuse a culture of integrity within Alstom.
- People: a community of approximately 250 E&C Ambassadors, all volunteers coming from the Legal, Finance and HR functions or being Alstom Country Presidents have been appointed. Their main role is to run E&C Awareness sessions and to be a point of contact for any questions about Ethics & Compliance.

- E-learning:
- E-Ethics, an e-learning module, aims to ensure that employees understand the principles of the Code of Ethics. The module, which is based on practical business scenarios, is completed after the final quiz is correctly answered. The trainee is then awarded a Certificate of Completion. E-Ethics is mandatory for Managers and Professionals and is available in 8 languages.
- Sourcing & Procurement Compliance e-learning modules provide background on the risks of non-compliance in the Sourcing and Procurement functions, and further information on Alstom policies and procedures. The trainee is awarded a Certificate of Completion.
- “Prevention of corruption” and “Good competition practices” e-learning programmes are available for selected employees.
- Face to face :
- Comprehensive Compliance sessions are regularly held throughout the Group by the Sector Compliance Officers.
- Communication: To ensure that employees are well informed about Ehics and Compliance in Alstom, a variety of communication methods are employed:
- A dedicated, visible and regularly updated section on Altair, Alstom’s intranet, called "ETHICS"
- Posters displayed in all locations
- Regular news in Alstom’s weekly internal newspaper, Newsflash.
