Raising awareness on clean mobility
The outskirts of Sao Paulo suffer from the poor access to cultural, educational and employement opportunities. The lack of public transportation also reduces the mobility of young people and children. The demand for skilled people in basic bicycle mechanics to work in shops is also increasing.
The project includes a general programme raising awareness on clean mobility, giving 40 bikes to disavantaged children of Sao Paulo's suburbs and give vocational training in bike mechanics to create job opportunities.
