“ANUBHAV” is the name given to the structured internship program at ALSTOM wherein students are exposed to live projects, which are pre-defined in terms of scope and objective. “ANUBHAV” is an endeavor to provide Industrial Environment and to give practical aspect of Industrial working & Business understanding to students. The main objectives of the program are:
- To provide opportunity for Alstom and Academia to build a relationship.
- To provide access to high quality young talent.
- To enable students to realize transition of knowledge from classroom to the workplace.
- To provide students an opportunity to develop their skills through internships of progressively increasing responsibility.
