Alstom Booth Discovery at InnoTrans: Operate and Maintain

Live from InnoTrans 2016 in Berlin, we show you Alstom's booth, it takes you on a journey through the 4 main stages of a railway project. Third stage is: Operate and Maintain.

Iconis integrated control centre

Alstom’s Iconis control centre monitors and controls all aspects of the transport system. There are urban, main line and freight versions of Iconis. And it's much more than just traffic management: from train supervision to passenger information. InnoTrans visitors can discover a reduced scale control center on Alstom's booth.

HealthHub predictive maintenance

HealthHub is Alstom's innovative predictive maintenance solution which makes it possible to determine the status of rolling stock, infrastructure and signalling automatically, and to identify any components that need to be repaired or changed and the replacement date. HealthHub is a key enabler towards zero in-service breakdowns, maximized availability and optimized lifecycle costs. InnoTrans visitors will discover on our booth a realistic mock-up of TrainScanner, our automatic diagnostics portal which gathers and analyses the data by laser or 3D camera measurement systems. This solution is already being used by Virgin’s fleet of Pendolino trains in the UK.

Energy objectives

Alstom is committed to achieving a further 20% reduction in the energy consumption of its solutions by 2020 implementing an energy action plan.  It aims at systematically monitoring the performance of its solutions, deploying proven innovative technologies on its entire portfolio and developing collaboration with customers, operators and suppliers.
