Alstom amongst the thought leaders at the World Future Energy Summit

Alstom was back at the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) to promote its solutions for addressing the global needs for power generation. The event was very much aligned with Alstoms approach to tackling energy needs and combating climate change, which centres around the Clean Power Today® strategy that stabilising power emissions is possible with solutions that are available today!

  • Technology mix
Balancing the generation portfolio by significantly increasing the share of Renewable and CO2 free technology
  • Production efficiency and flexibility
Efficiency is a key to emissions reduction and Flexibility to integrate renewable power.
  • Carbon capture and storage (CCS)
With 60% of the installed base in 2030 being fossil fuels, CCS is a must.
