Northern Rail introduced the worlds first Mo Trains on Friday 1 November at Manchester Piccadilly station. The UKs largest rail operator is pledging its support to the mens health charity, Movember by featuring uniquely designed moustaches on the front of 50 of its trains!

Alstom's Traincare Centre in Longsight, Manchester was heavily involved in applying the moustaches, or Mos as they are known, to the front of the 323223 which was then used to at the Northern Rail Movember launch event.

The Mo Trains will run right across Northern Rails network, from Nottingham and Stoke on Trent, up to Carlisle and Northumberland, raising awareness of mens health along the way.

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of millions of moustaches around the world. With their Mos men raise vital funds and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer and mental health.
