Alstom T&D India has been awarded two contracts from GETCO (Gujarat Energy Transmission Company Limited) to supply 400KV/220KV/66KV AIS substation on turnkey basis, located at Charanka and Sankhari, to evacuate power from Asia’s largest and Gujarat’s first dedicated solar park.
Alstom T&D India has won an order worth approximately INR 790 million (€9 million) from Powergrid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) to provide 14 shunt reactors for the 765 kV electrical substations at Kanpur and Jhatikara in the Uttar Pradesh state. The projects are due for delivery in 2015.
