Alstom receives order for 61 Citadis Spirit light rail vehicles for Greater Toronto and Hamilton area

Alstom has been awarded a firm order for the supply of 61 Citadis Spirit light rail vehicles for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area (GTHA) by Metrolinx, an agency of the Government of Ontario.

Alstom and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) have signed a two-year extension contract for an inventory control program, called Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), which enables SFMTA to improve fleet availability. The contract extension is worth approximately €14.5 million.

Alstom to maintain Ottawa’s light rail transit system

Alstom has been selected by Rideau Transit Maintenance General Partnership (RTM)  to maintain the city of Ottawa’s light rail transit system, called the O-Train Confederation Line.
