Zohra McDoolley-Aimone holds a Master’s degree in Diplomatic and Strategic Studies from the Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Strategiques (CEDS), and a post graduate degree in International Relations from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales (EHEI), both in Paris France. She also holds a BA Combined Hons in French and Spanish Literature from the University of London, and she is a graduate of Waterford Kamhlaba, United World College of Southern Africa, in Swaziland.
She is Director of Corporate Affairs for the Alstom Group in South Africa, and is a member of the Board of Alstom S&E Africa (Pty) Ltd. The portfolios under her strategic leadership include Sustainability, Transformation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Affairs, Advocacy and Stakeholder Relations.
Zohra worked in a multi-lateral environment for twelve years at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in Paris, France, where she was responsible for the strategic planning and management of conferences and meetings. She has also worked in and headed up the Corporate Affairs functions at SAB Ltd and ABI Ltd, both within the SABMiller Group.
Zohra is married with 2 children, and lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.
