Philippe Delleur is appointed Senior Vice President, Alstom International Network

Philippe Delleur is appointed Senior Vice President, Alstom International Network, effective 26 August 2011. He keeps his current responsibilities as Senior Vice President Latin America and Country President Brazil and Argentina. He reports to Philippe Joubert, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Alstom. Philippe Delleur replaces Philippe Favre, who passed away on 27 June 2011. The Alstom International Network represents the Group in all countries where it operates. It supports and coordinates the activities of the different Sectors (Transport, Thermal Power, Renewable Power and Grid).

Philippe Delleur, 53, is a graduate from ENA (Ecole Nationale dAdministration) in Paris. He joined Alstom in 2006 as Senior Vice President Southern Europe Africa Middle East in the International Network. Philippe Delleur worked previously in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in particular as Chief of the Procurement Agency and Deputy Undersecretary for Trade. In the early 90s, he was member of the staff of the French Minister of Economy and Finance.
