Delivery of spare parts for ad hoc requests, providing access to over 600 000 referenced train parts that fully conform to the OEM’s specifications
The spare parts catalogue, allowing customers to place an order on an ad hoc basis and to be delivered in the shortest lead-times.

…to anticipation, with the Full Material Management service

With the Material Availability Service (MAS), Alstom commits on the immediate availability for a list and a volume of parts mutually agreed with the customer.
With the Full Material Management, the customer transfers to Alstom , at a fixed fee per km, the full responsibility to forecast and deliver all parts required for the maintenance and the overhaul operations according to the maintenance plan of the rolling stock
