Eco-design embedded
Every new Alstom train is eco-designed to reduce energy use, maximise recyclability and minimise environmental impact throughout its lifecycle. Our trains are up to 96% recyclable and already incorporate 25% recycled materials, with clear pathways to reach 40% by 2030.
Lifecycle optimisation
Predictive maintenance, smart modernisation, digital technologies and energy efficiency tools help optimise performance throughout the lifecyle of fleets and infrastructure, reducing resource consumption and environmental impact during operation and maintenance.
