IC5: Danish testing complete – now on to the next chapter 🚆🔧 After months of successful on-track testing in Denmark, the new IC5 trains have completed the first local phase of their journey. Next stop: Salzgitter, where Alstom teams will carry out targeted modifications based on the test results. From there, the IC5 units will continue with reliability runs in tests centres across Europe, collecting valuable mileage. But they’ll be back. Further testing in Denmark awaits before the trains are ready to welcome passengers next year.
