Alstom India scholarship program: Unlocking futures

We created a scholarship program with reach, fairness, and persistence at its core. Outreach spans Alstom's five operation sites and 57 colleges. Applicants are assessed through transparent processes including documentation, interviews, and verification. Scholarships are aligned with fee cycles to maximize utility, while mentoring ensures academic persistence. Monitoring tracks performance and alumni networks are emerging to inspire future cohorts. The rationale: small amounts of financial aid can unlock long-term careers in science and engineering.
