We are launching the 11th edition of the Alstom Talent Energy programme in Spain, a 12-month initiative that combines academic and professional experience.
You will benefit from learning from excellent professionals in an international context contributing to significant mobility projects, in Spain and worldwide. In addition to paid and mentored internships, all participants will get an scholarship to attend the postgraduate course on "Agile Organisations and Digital Transformation" at the University of Alcalá.

Academic backgrounds Undergraduates and fresh graduates with different studies including Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organisation, Digital Transformation, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration and Management, among others.
