Lifeline Express India

Lifeline Express: Healthcare on rails

The Challenge

Specialized healthcare is inaccessible for many rural families.

Lifeline Express India

We brought the LifeLine Express, the world's first hospital train, to Madhepura. Equipped with operating theatres and staffed with specialists, it delivered orthopedic, dental, gynecology, and pediatric surgeries. Outreach mobilized patients beforehand, and referrals ensured continuity after. The rationale: remove distance and cost barriers, while preserving quality with standardized clinical protocols.
