The Challenge
Young people face a gap between education and employability.
Our model blends life skills, digital literacy, spoken English, and sector specific training courses across BFSI, IT-ITes & retail. Training is intensive, personalized, and concludes with employer linkages. Placement support ensures personalized, and concludes with employer linkages. Placement support ensures skills translate into jobs. Early interventions at high-school level build employability mindsets. The rationale is to shift from certificate-first training to placement-first outcomes.
