The Challenge
Young people face a gap between education and employability.
Our model blends life skills, digital literacy, spoken English, and sector-specific training across BFSI, IT, healthcare, retail, and logistics. Training is intensive, personalized, and concludes with employer linkages. Placement support ensures personalized, and concludes with employer linkages. The rationale is to shift from certificate-first training to placement-first outcomes.
