Turboteh, a Croatian company, joins Power Service

Alstom has announced on 12 December the acquisition of
Turboteh Ltd., a company based in Karlovac, Croatia.

Turboteh is a private company established in 1991. Its core
businesses are spare parts and field service for steam
turbines, compressors, pumps and auxiliaries, including
technical measurement & assessment as well as balancing and
testing.

Turboteh currently employs 75 people, with 5 million
annual sales. The company is certified according to ISO 9001
and ISO 14001.

This company will operate within the Power Service scope of
activities.
