Alstom appoints Yael Rosenman Gross as Israel Managing Director
31 March 2026 – Alstom is pleased to announce the appointment of Yael Rosenman Gross as Managing Director Israel, effective 1 April 2026. In this role, she will report directly to Martin Vaujour, President of the Alstom AMECA region (Africa, Middle East, Central Asia).
“Yael’s deep knowledge of the Israeli market, combined with her strong leadership and long‑standing experience within Alstom, make her ideally suited to lead our activities in Israel,” said Martin Vaujour. “I am confident that she will continue to strengthen our partnerships and support sustainable growth in the country.”

Yael Rosenman Gross has been with Alstom in Israel for 17 years, during which she has held several key positions across the organization. Most recently, she served as Cluster Israel Legal Director. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in partnership management, legal and commercial negotiations, and has built a strong understanding of the local market, as well as of Alstom’s customers and partners in Israel.

Yael Rosenman Gross is a certified lawyer and holds an L.L.B. in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, as well as a studies for Master’s degree in Statistics, with a specialization in Actuarial Science at the University of Haifa.
Yael Rosenman Gross succeeds Eran Cohen, who has taken on a new role at Alstom Group level.
