Sustainable mobility incubation: Powering India's climate-tech entrepreneurs

The Challenge

Climate-tech start-ups face high barriers to scale, including mentorship gaps and lack of investor connections.

NSRCEL India

We partnered with NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore to design an incubation program that de-risks early ventures. Cohorts focus on real bottlenecks in India's clean mobility transition: EV infrastructure, green manufacturing, shared mobility, and more. Each start-up undergoes venture diagnostics, receives milestone-based support, and is guided by mentors with domain and business expertise. Investor sessions and demo days ensure founders can convert learning into capital. Alstom adds credibility and networks that open doors with policymakers and enterprise buyers. The rationale is clear: shorten time to market, strengthen survivability, and accelerate job creation in a critical sector.
