The National Congress for Public Transport will take place in
Porto Alegre, Brazil between 2-9 September 2001. ALSTOM will be
exhibiting a 72m² stand designed to resemble a city centre
and featuring a scale model of a METROPOLIS metro, built by
ALSTOM in Brazil for customer Metrovias and destined for Buenos
Aires, Argentina.
This event also provides an opportunity to
discover ALSTOM's ICONIS (Integrated Control Center) as well as
its full range of METROPOLIS metros. It will be possible to
participate at several conferences on urban transport during this
congress.
