Closing of the disposal of AREVA TA's Command & Control for Transportation activity to Alstom
The transfer of AREVA TAs Command & Control for Transportation (CCT) activity to Alstom was completed on October 31, 2014. This operation marks the conclusion of a process of information sharing and consultation with employee representative bodies of the concerned entities. Alstom will take on the employees of the CCT activity as part of its signalling division.

The CCT business will enable us to strengthen our offer in signalling and puts us in a stronger position in the market for transport networks in the Paris and Ile-de-France areas, as well as for trams .
