Dina Mardner (45) took over the role of Vice President HR of Alstom Switzerland on 1 March 2014, becoming responsible for the more than 6,500 employees of this globally active technology group working in Switzerland. Dina Mardner has been working for Alstom Switzerland since February 2012, and acted as Vice President Compensation & Benefits for the Thermal Power division from November 2012. Dina Mardner is a qualified business administration expert who completed her studies at the University of Passau in Germany and has been living in Switzerland since 2003.
Dina Mardner has many years of wide-ranging experience in the field of staff remuneration and compensation, and before joining Alstom held various HR and managerial positions on a national and international level with the two American companies H.B. Fuller (industrial adhesives) and Electronic Data System (IT; now HP).
