Olivier Giacomoni has been appointed Director of Sesto San Giovanni site, a centre of excellence for traction systems for trains, trams and metros, employing around 400 people.
Prior to this new position, Olivier Giacomoni was Project Director at Sesto site, after an experience in Russia where he has been director of TRTrans an engineering center developed by Alstom and its Russian partner Transmashholding (TMH) for the development of new solutions for the CIS market.
Olivier Giacomoni joined Alstom twenty years ago. In addition to Russia, Olivier has held several key roles in France, UK, and Italy.
Olivier Giacomoni holds a master in electrical engineering.
