Alstom certified as one of the Top Employers 2019 in Spain

Alstom has received the Top Employers Spain 2019 certification, which confirms that it is one of the country’s best companies to work for. Alstom was awarded the certification after attaining the standards required in an in-depth research survey conducted by the Top Employers Institute, a company that since 1991 has been globally certifying excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people.

More specifically, the HR Best Practices Survey measures close to 600 practices, in order to evaluate the company’s employee conditions. The international independent audit covers on nine different topics: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Career and Succession Management, Leadership Development and Culture.
