Alstom certified as a Top Employer Europe 2020 by the Top Employers Institute

30 January 2020 – Alstom has been awarded Top Employer Europe for 2020, having been certified by the Top Employers Institute, in six countries: France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium and UK.
Certified organisations dedicate themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive Human Resources (HR) practices.
More specifically, the HR Best Practices Survey measures close to 600 practices, in order to evaluate the company’s employee conditions. The international independent audit, Top Employers Institute, covers on ten different topics: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Career and Succession Management, Leadership Development and Culture.
