15 April 2025 – Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, today announced the appointment of Noah Heulitt as Vice President of Services in North America, and Susie Lévesque as Vice President of Procurement for the Americas. Both will play a vital role in the successful and efficient delivery of excellence for our customers.

Susie Lévesque brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership, customer management and project execution, spanning roles at Alstom, GE, and Air Liquide. Most recently, she served as Alstom’s Customer Director in New York, leading the company’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) account, helping secure major contracts and advancing key initiatives, including programs for new commuter rail cars, signalling systems, subway car overhauls and supplying components.
In her new role, Susie leads Procurement across the Americas, with a focus on supplier performance, simplifying processes and driving greater execution efficiency. Alstom has more than 4,000 suppliers across the Americas, including 1,500 in the United States, 920 in Canada, 580 in Brazil and 540 in Mexico.
Noah Heulitt brings over 15 years of experience in Services, rolling stock, commercial strategy and industrial leadership across project leadership and Services GM roles. Over the course of his career, Noah has led major rolling stock programs, combining strong operational execution with a deep understanding of customer needs. He most recently served as Vice President of Operational Performance, overseeing service delivery across Alstom’s North American sites.
In this new role, Noah is leading Alstom’s Services business in North America, focusing on strengthening performance, enhancing customer partnerships, and expanding Alstom’s services capabilities across the region. His experience and commitment to operational excellence are vital in the continued growth of Alstom’s Services portfolio in North America.
