São Paulo, April 15, 2026 – Alstom, a global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, announces the appointment of Valentina Rodriguez as Managing Director of Services for Alstom in Latin America. She takes on the role with the objective of delivering efficient operations, promoting innovative solutions and global best practices, and strengthening customer relationships throughout the region.

With more than 25 years of experience in the public transportation sector, Valentina has a wealth of experience in operations, maintenance, project management, and leadership in complex tenders across North America. She has held strategic leadership positions in public and private-sector organizations, and most recently was responsible for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Strategy and Partnerships in Alstom’s central Services organization.

In Latin America, the company has more than 1,300 employees across 23 sites, working on the maintenance or modernization of more than 780 trains and/or locomotives.
