By entering the ALSTOM portal and using ALSTOM’s websites, the portal user (hereafter referred to as «the User») accepts the terms and conditions contained in this notice.
This portal is the exclusive property of ALSTOM Holdings, a public limited company with a capital of 624 125 422,20 euros created and governed by French law, registered in the Bobigny trade register under the reference number 347 951 238 and having its registered office at 48 rue Albert Dhalenne, 93400 Saint-Ouen, France, hereafter referred to as « ALSTOM ».
The website’s publication manager is Pierrick Le Goff, President of ALSTOM Holdings, who shall represent ALSTOM for all ALSTOM’s websites located in France.
ALSTOM Holdings, whose registered office is located at 48 rue Albert Dhalenne, 93400 Saint-Ouen, France, is responsible for the direct and permanent storage of the ALSTOM portal.
The entire site, including the software, contents, text, graphics, videos, live or still images, sound, icons, procedures, product, technology, downloadable documents and general knowhow, and all other elements making up the portal are the exclusive property of ALSTOM or its licensors.
Any total or partial use, copying, representation or reproduction, publication, downloading, posting, transmission or distribution of this portal in any form whatsoever, without ALSTOM’s express authorization, is prohibited and shall be considered an infringement of the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code (article L.122-4), unless specifically authorized by the applicable law.
Likewise, it is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name ALSTOM and/or its ALSTOM logo, or any derivative version thereof. These trademarks / logos are protected by copyright and are registered trademarks. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and/or logos without ALSTOM’s express authorization is forbidden in accordance with the relevant provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
This restriction (rule) also applies to trademarks and/or logos of ALSTOM’s commercial partners present in the portal.
Databases which may appear on ALSTOM’s websites are protected by the French Law of 1 July 1998 which transposes into the Intellectual Property Code of the European Directive of 11 March 1996 pertaining to the legal protection of databases. Any total or partial representation of these databases without the site operator’s express authorization would constitute an infringement of rights.
The failure to respect the aforementioned prohibitions constitutes an act of infringement likely to incur the civil and/or criminal liability of the author. ALSTOM reserves the right to engage in legal proceedings against any person who has not respected this prohibition.

ALSTOM and its direct and indirect subsidiaries assume no liability for such direct, indirect, consequential or special damages which may arise from the inability to use the portal, or gain access to it or to any linked website, whatever the nature of the information contained in this portal or website connected by a hyperlink, and whether or not ALSTOM is aware of the possibility of such damage.
The User acknowledges that he/she has the skills and the means required to use the site; has checked that the computer equipment used contains no viruses and is in perfect working order, and finally, that he/she has read the legal notice and agrees to comply with it.

Alstom data controller is ALSTOM Transport SA. ALSTOM ensures full compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and, more specifically the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, ALSTOM Transport SA has filed a declaration with the French supervisory authority (the « CNIL »).
Users of the ALSTOM portal and/or the ALSTOM websites (the “Sites”) are hereby informed through this legal notice that when personal data may be collected on the portal, Alstom is committed to protecting the Users’ privacy by preserving the confidentiality and the integrity of each user’s personal data. When a User is visiting Alstom websites, Alstom does not collect any personal data and only monitors which pages are being used, and how they are being used, without any possibility to identify the User as an individual.
By becoming a registered User and/or by responding to surveys and/or any other requests on a site or sites, the User acknowledges and agrees that he/she is voluntarily providing to ALSTOM and/or its subsidiaries worldwide, data of a personally identifiable nature concerning the User (e.g., name, address, telephone number or email address) (“Personal Data”). The ALSTOM portal and the sites, the terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any disagreement or litigation will exclusively be dealt with by the competent French courts.
The application of any rules of conflict of law which would hinder the full application of French law is hereby excluded. Accordingly, French law is applicable to all internet surfers who browse the ALSTOM portal and/or the Sites and use part or all of its functionalities.
All websites accessible through the portal via the gTLD (generic top-level domain) “.com, .net, .org” or the cCTLD (country code top-level domain) zone “.fr”, and all websites of companies belonging to the group ALSTOM accessible only through the portal ALSTOM.com are subject to French law.
All other sites of the ALSTOM group accessible only via the cCTLD are governed by their respective national laws and regulations.
