Kari Sinivuori appointed to Country President of ALSTOM Finland

M.Sc. (Eng.) Kari Sinivuori, 45, has been appointed to
Managing Director of ALSTOM Finland Oy and to country president of Alstom in Finland.
As Country President he
succeeds Kari Suominen, who will start the development of his own family
business. Kari will additionally be in charge of the Finnish Thermal Services business as Managing Director. In this role he succeeds
Vesa Siitari, who has decided to leave the company to pursue other
opportunities.
Kari has a masters degree from the Lappeenranta University of Technology. He
joins Alstom from energy companies such as GreenStream Network Oyj and Fortum
Power & Heat Oy. During his 18 years of service in the energy industry he
has been in charge of developing and implementing various businesses both
domestically in Finland but
also internationally in Northern Europe.
